REFINE
joint function and enhance mobility

When function is improved, quality movement follows and lasting changes to our structure can begin.

I assist you on your pathway to balance, wellness and function.

I look at organizational patterns, the spine, gait, how you hold yourself against gravity and nervous system responses. We will work to release chronically tense muscles and habitually limited joint function. Utilizing the nervous system to enhance your movement patterns and expedite pain relief, we can promote fast improvements in body logic. This informs much more than just how you move- it can create ease, balance, and efficiency throughout your whole being. Therapuetic movements help restore functionality and mobility. I strive to help the body rediscover its own intelligence. Work smarter not harder to enjoy your body and your life. Whether you are an athlete, a weekend warrior, a stay at home mom, a grandparent, or a disabled veteran, we can find a way together.

I am passionate about you striving for your best self.

My goal is to help my clients ultimately have the most satisfying experiences of your life you can have. When we can move and think well, we typically enjoy life’s activites and our loved ones company more fully.
